AN ACT PROHIBITING THE STATE FROM MANDATING A VACCINE
THAT HAS ONLY BEEN GIVEN EMERGENCY USE AUTHORIZATION
FROM THE FEDERAL FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the state of 1
Connecticut from mandating a vaccine that only has been given 2
emergency use authorization from the federal Food and Drug 3
Administration. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that long-term vaccine studies are performed on a vaccine
before the vaccine is mandated by the state.
