AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPOSIT OF REIMBURSEMENTS FROM
THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS FOR
PHARMACEUTICAL PURCHASES INTO THE GENERAL FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the deposit of 1
reimbursements from the United States Department of Veterans Affairs 2
for pharmaceutical purchases into the General Fund. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require the deposit of reimbursements from the United States
Department of Veterans Affairs for pharmaceutical purchases into the
General Fund.
