| 28 | 28 | amended to increase the monthly personal needs allowance for long-2 | |
| 29 | 29 | term care facility residents who receive medical assistance from sixty 3 | |
| 30 | 30 | dollars to seventy-two dollars and seventy-five cents, and (2) title 17b of 4 | |
| 31 | 31 | the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Social 5 | |
| 32 | 32 | Services to amend the Medicaid state plan to permit a qualified 6 | |
| 33 | 33 | deduction of certain conservator expenses from the income portion of a 7 | |
| 34 | 34 | Medicaid recipient that is applied to the cost of such recipient's care. 8 | |
