AN ACT ESTABLISHING A REGISTRY OF PERSONS CONVICTED OF
CRIMES AGAINST ELDERLY PERSONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to protect senior citizens from 1
abuse, neglect and exploitation with a public registry of persons 2
convicted of crimes against elderly persons. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To protect senior citizens from abuse by establishing a public registry of
persons convicted of crimes against elderly persons.
