AN ACT PROHIBITING THE DIVERSION OF CHILD CARE SUBSIDY
FUNDING TO UNION DUES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 17b-749 of the general statutes be amended to ensure that 1
any increases in funding for child care subsidies not be diverted to 2
increase provider union dues. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that funding for child care subsidies not be diverted to
increase provider union dues.
