AN ACT CONCERNING THE PIPELINE FOR CONNECTICUT'S
FUTURE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-21k of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Department of Education to partner with the Labor Department's office 2
of apprenticeship training to develop the Pipeline for Connecticut's 3
Future program as a pathway to obtaining occupational licenses 4
through an apprenticeship or partnership with local businesses. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage participation in the various trades and to encourage
apprenticeships and partnerships among Connecticut local businesses
and students.
