AN ACT CONCERNING POD PROTECTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow parents and guardians 1
to associate and group children together at various times in order to 2
enhance their primary education programming free from additional 3
state restriction or regulation. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To protect families' access to pod-based learning by ensuring that
parents who choose to voluntarily associate to advance the primary
education of their children not be subject to additional restrictions or
regulation.
