AN ACT CONCERNING THE PHASE -OUT OF THE USE OF SCHOOL
RESOURCE OFFICERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to develop a process 1
to phase out the use and employment of school resource officers in 2
public schools. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To develop a process by which school resource officers are removed
from public schools.
