AN ACT PRECLUDING THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION FROM WORKING ON THE
TRANSPORTATION CLIMATE INITIATIVE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to preclude the Department of 1
Energy and Environmental Protection from working on the 2
Transportation Climate Initiative. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection
from working on the Transportation Climate Initiative.
