2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2424 Assembly convened:

2626 That the general statutes be amended to: (1) Prevent 1
2727 telecommunications companies from imposing a cap on Internet data 2
2828 plans; (2) require the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority regulate 3
2929 cable television rates; (3) require the Public Utilities Regulatory 4
3030 Authority regulate information services not currently regulated by the 5
3131 Federal Communications Commission; (4) require the Public Utilities 6
3232 Regulatory Authority, in consultation with the Office of Consumer 7
3333 Counsel, develop standard contracting terms for information services; 8
3434 and (5) amend the Connecticut Antitrust Act and require the Attorney 9
3535 General to report annually to the General Assembly on enforcement of 10
3636 the Connecticut Antitrust Act with regards to information services 11
