AN ACT ESTABLISHING A WASTE OF GAME LAW.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a waste of game 1
law that establishes a penalty for the taking of game and failing to keep 2
the edible portions of such game in an edible condition. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To enact a waste of game law like Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine
have done.
