Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to extend the provisions of the 1
bottle bill to nip bottles and sports drinks. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the bottle bill to nip bottles and sports drinks.
