Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to include soil health as part of 1
the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection's 2
responsibilities concerning soil conservation. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To include soil health as part of soil conservation.
