AN ACT EXCLUDING OFFICE SUPPLIES FROM THE PROPERTY TAX
FOR CERTAIN BUSINESSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-81 of the general statutes be amended to exclude, for 1
small businesses, office supplies from tangible personal property subject 2
to the property tax. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exclude, for small businesses, office supplies from tangible personal
property subject to the property tax.
