AN ACT EXPANDING THE EARNED INCOME TAX CREDIT TO
UNDOCUMENTED RESIDENTS OF THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow undocumented 1
residents of the state to be eligible for the earned income tax credit. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To allow undocumented residents of the state to be eligible for the
earned income tax credit.
