AN ACT CONCERNING LANDLORD CONSIDERATION OF
PROSPECTIVE TENANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow a landlord to consider 1
a prospective tenant's criminal record. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To allow landlords to consider the criminal records of prospective
tenants.
