AN ACT RESTORING THE PRIOR PROVISIONS OF THE
AFFORDABLE HOUSING STATUTE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to repeal the 1
changes made by public act 17-170. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the changes made to section 8-30g of the general statutes by
public act 17-170.
