AN ACT CONCERNING PAYMENT PARITY FOR HEALTH AND
HUMAN SERVICES PROVIDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to ensure parity in state 1
payments per client for health and human services providers, including 2
but not limited to, United Services, Generations Family Health Center, 3
Inc. and Homeless Hospitality centers. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure parity in state payments per client for providers of health and
human services.
