| 28 | 28 | benchmarks in this state; (2) require the Commissioner of Consumer 3 | |
| 29 | 29 | Protection to submit a request to the federal Secretary of Health and 4 | |
| 30 | 30 | Human Services to implement a Canadian prescription drug 5 | |
| 31 | 31 | reimportation program in this state and, if the secretary approves such 6 | |
| 32 | 32 | request, implement such program in this state; (3) implement the 7 | |
| 33 | 33 | Insurance Commissioner's recommendations regarding stop-loss 8 | |
| 34 | 34 | insurance; (4) require the Office of Health Strategy to seek a state 9 | |
| 35 | 35 | innovation waiver from the federal government to establish a 10 | |
| 36 | 36 | reinsurance program in this state and, if the federal government 11 | |
| 37 | 37 | approves such request, implement such program in this state; and (5) 12 | |
