AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR COLON
POLYP REMOVAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require health 1
insurance coverage for the removal of colon polyps discovered during 2
a colonoscopy. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require health insurance coverage for the removal of colon polyps
discovered during a colonoscopy.
