AN ACT CONCERNING TELEHEALTH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expand: (1) The list of 1
providers who may provide, and permitted scope of, telehealth services; 2
and (2) required health insurance coverage for telehealth services. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To expand: (1) The list of providers who may provide, and permitted
scope of, telehealth services; and (2) required health insurance coverage
for telehealth services.
