AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE LONG -
TERM CARE INSURANCE INDUSTRY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study the long-term care insurance 1
industry, including, but not limited to, current industry practices, and 2
make recommendations regarding measures that are necessary to 3
protect consumers in this state from predatory or injurious practices 4
concerning long-term care insurance premium rate increases. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to study the long-term care insurance industry.
