AN ACT CONCERNING LIABILITY FOR INJURIES OCCURRING IN A
SKATEBOARD OR DOG PARK MAINTAINED BY A MUNICIPALITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reduce a municipality's 1
exposure to liability for injuries occurring in a municipally maintained 2
skateboard or dog park. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce a municipality's exposure to liability for injuries occurring in
a municipally maintained skateboard or dog park.
