AN ACT CONCERNING COMPASSIONATE AND MEDICAL RELEASE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 54-131d and 54-131k of the general statutes be amended 1
to revise and update compassionate and medical release from 2
incarceration provisions to include consideration of the circumstances 3
of and knowledge gained from the COVID-19 pandemic. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To revise and update compassionate and medical release from
incarceration statutes.
