Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 98 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit 1
municipalities from adopting ordinances and regulations to regulate 2
firearms. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit municipalities from adopting ordinances and regulations to
regulate firearms.
