AN ACT CONCERNING ALTERNATE MEMBERS OF PLANNING
COMMISSIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-19a of the general statutes be amended to permit a 1
member of a zoning commission or zoning board of appeals to serve as 2
an alternate member of a planning commission. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To permit a member of a zoning commission or zoning board of appeals
to serve as an alternate member of a planning commission.
