2626 AN ACT CONCERNING MULTIFAMILY HOUSING AND ACCESSORY

2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2929 Assembly convened:

3131 That title 8 of the general statutes be amended to require that fifty per 1
3232 cent of the land within one-half mile of transit stations and commercial 2
3333 corridors be zoned for multifamily housing and that accessory dwelling 3
3434 units be permitted on such land as of right, provided such units conform 4
3535 to applicable health and building codes. 5
3636 Statement of Purpose:

3939 and that accessory dwelling units be permitted on such land as of right,
