Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 7 of the general statutes be amended to permit 1
municipalities to license and regulate short-term rental properties. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To permit municipalities to license and regulate short-term rental
properties.
