Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a municipal bill of 1
rights that includes a provision affirming that the enactment of local 2
zoning regulations is a municipal right. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a municipal bill of rights that includes a provision affirming
that the enactment of local zoning regulations is a municipal right.
