AN ACT REQUIRING THE STATE TO ENTER RECIPROCITY
AGREEMENTS WITH OTHER STATES REGARDING PERMITS TO
CARRY A PISTOL OR REVOLVER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 529 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
state to pursue and enter into reciprocity agreements to allow a permit 2
to carry a pistol or revolver issued in this state to be recognized in other 3
states. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for gun permit reciprocity.
