AN ACT CONCERNING EXPENDITURES FROM THE SPECIAL
TRANSPORTATION FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 13b-69 of the general statutes be amended to provide that 1
any revenue deposited into the Special Transportation Fund be 2
expended only for the construction and maintenance of state 3
transportation systems and projects and not for such items as fringe 4
benefit expenses. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure the resources of the Special Transportation Fund are
expended on transportation.
