| 26 | 26 | parking lot is owned by the state, to construct transit-oriented 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | developments on the parking lot, provided the same number of parking 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | spaces will be maintained and at least thirty per cent of the development 6 | |
