AN ACT CONCERNING THE MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR'S
LICENSE AND PERMIT TO CARRY A PISTOL OR REVOLVER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow for an optional 1
endorsement on an operator's motor vehicle license indicating that such 2
operator is also a holder of a permit to carry a pistol or revolver and 3
align the renewal periods between such license and permit to streamline 4
the process. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To combine and streamline the process to renew a motor vehicle
operator's license and a permit to carry a pistol or revolver.
