AN ACT PROHIBITING GASOLINE ZONE PRICING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 16a-23 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit 1
gasoline zone pricing. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the market manipulation of gasoline zone pricing based on
a service station's geographic location.
