Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That section 14-33 of the general statutes be amended to permit a person 1 who owes less than five hundred dollars in unpaid property taxes to 2 register a motor vehicle with the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles. 3 Statement of Purpose: To permit a person who owes less than five hundred dollars in unpaid property taxes to register a motor vehicle with the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles.
