AN ACT NAMING A PORTION OF INTERSTATE 395 IN HONOR OF
CALVIN WILLIAM HEATH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a portion of Interstate Route 395 be named in honor of Calvin 1
William Heath. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To name a portion of Interstate Route 395 in honor of Calvin William
Heath, who served proudly in the United States Army and was awarded
the Silver Star, the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart in recognition of
his service in Vietnam.
