AN ACT STUDYING THE FUTURE OF RAILROADS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the Commissioner of Transportation be required to study the 1 future of railroads in the state, including the right-of-way between the 2 towns of Hartford and Middletown, and submit the results of such 3 study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having 4 cognizance of matters relating to transportation. 5 Statement of Purpose: To study the future of railroads in the state, including the right-of-way between Hartford and Middletown.
