1818 AN ACT CONCERNING BATTERY STORAGE.
1919 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2020 Assembly convened:

2222 That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
2323 Energy and Environmental Protection to report to the General Assembly 2
2424 regarding (1) the associated costs of battery-storage technology, and (2) 3
2525 the impact on ratepayer bills from the associated costs of battery-storage 4
2626 technology, including a detailed explanation of the battery-storage 5
2727 technology used by each public service company and such technology's 6
2828 impact on the environment due to the process of acquiring the 7
2929 component materials of such technology and disposal of such 8
3030 technology after its useful life. 9
