AN ACT REQUIRING GENERATORS FOR RETAIL SELLERS OF
PETROLEUM PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 16a of the general statutes be amended to require retail 1
sellers of petroleum products to have generators which can operate fuel 2
pumps during power outages. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require retail sellers of petroleum products to have generators during
power outages.
