AN ACT DECOUPLING THE STATE'S LIGHT DUTY MOTOR VEHICLE
EMISSION STANDARDS FROM THE STANDARDS OF CALIFORNIA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 22a-174g of the general statutes be amended to decouple 1
the state's light duty motor vehicle emission standards from the state of 2
California's emission standards. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To decouple the state's light duty motor vehicle emission standards
from the standards of California.
