1818 AN ACT CHANGING CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
1919 FOR CERTAIN LICENSED PROFESSIONALS.
2020 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2121 Assembly convened:

2323 That the general statutes be amended to provide that any continuing 1
2424 education requirement for licenses issued pursuant to chapter 393 of the 2
2525 general statutes by the Commissioner of Consumer Protection be 3
2626 completed in a period of not less than five years, except in the event of 4
2727 significant changes to the Building Code, as approved by the 5
2828 International Code Council. 6
