AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY HEALTH
INSURANCE AND HEALTH CARE INEQUITY IN THIS STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to: (1) Study inequity in the provision 1
of health insurance coverage and health care services in this state; and 2
(2) identify any means available to promote equity in the provision of 3
health insurance coverage and health care services in this state. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to: (1) Study inequity in the provision of health
insurance coverage and health care services in this state; and (2) identify
any means available to promote equity in the provision of health
insurance coverage and health care services in this state.
