Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the prohibition on 1
noncompete provisions in private employment contracts for 2
homemakers and companions. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the prohibition on noncompete provisions in private
employment contracts for homemakers and companions.
