AN ACT ALLOWING EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE PROVIDERS
TO OBTAIN WORKERS' COMPENSATION BENEFITS FOR CERTAIN
MENTAL OR EMOTIONAL IMPAIRMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That public act 19-17 be amended to allow providers of emergency 1
medical services to obtain workers' compensation benefits for certain 2
mental or emotional impairments. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow emergency medical service providers to obtain workers'
compensation benefits for certain mental or emotional impairments.
