AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO THE DRUG RECOGNITION
EXPERT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sufficient funds be appropriated to the Department of 1
Transportation, from the Special Transportation Fund, for the fiscal year 2
ending June 30, 2022, to fund the drug recognition expert program so 3
that a sufficient number of state and municipal police officers will be 4
qualified to identify drivers impaired by drugs. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To fund the drug recognition expert program in Connecticut.
