AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF RHAM HIGH SCHOOL AS A
REGIONAL SHELTER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars is appropriated to the Office of Policy 1
and Management from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 2
30, 2022, for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the town of 3
Hebron to purchase and install a generator at RHAM High School so 4
that the building may be used as a regional shelter in cases of 5
emergency. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To facilitate the purchase and installation of a generator at RHAM high
school so that the building may be used as a regional shelter.
