AN ACT ARTICULATING FEES ON AN ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION
CUSTOMER'S BILL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to require an electric 1
distribution company to include an articulation for each fee included on 2
its customers' bills, including those fees comprising energy delivery. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To articulate fees on an electric distribution customer's bill, including
energy delivery fees.
