AN ACT INCREASING THE PROPERTY TAX CREDIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-704c of the general statutes be amended to increase 1
the amount of the credit against the personal income tax for taxes paid 2
on a primary residence or motor vehicle. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the amount of the credit against the personal income tax for
taxes paid on a primary residence or motor vehicle.
