AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY METHODS OF
DEVELOPING, EXPANDING AND IMPROVING THE INSURANCE
INDUSTRY WORKFORCE IN THIS STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study, and develop strategies to 1
develop, expand and improve, the insurance industry workforce in this 2
state by, among other things, evaluating and analyzing: (1) The status of 3
such workforce; (2) the employment needs of such industry; and (3) 4
methods available to develop, expand and improve such workforce. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to study, and develop strategies to develop,
expand and improve, the insurance industry workforce in this state.
