AN ACT CONCERNING THE THEFT OF FIREARMS FROM VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 29-38g of the general statutes be amended to include the 1
theft of all firearms from a vehicle and to require that a vehicle be locked 2
and that firearms be stored in a case or safe secured to the vehicle. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent the theft of firearms from vehicles and save lives.
